That's what he feels bad about. Not that he's going to take a life (what else is new for him, he was younger than Atsumu is now the first time he did it), but that he's hurt Atsumu again. He wants to take him in and hold him, be a source of comfort...
But his hands are rough and have taken lives. Are going to take more. Atsumu knows this. Amos should probably keep his hands at his sides, so he does. ]
